The location here was great for my needs, close to a bus station and just a short 5-minute walk from Royal Yacht Britannia.

Particularly good location right across from a big shopping centre, perfect breakfast. Reasonably sized room with a LOVELY view of the sea and boating dock.

We have booked double room with really good facilities. There were very spacious beds and an ironing set, coffee/tea makers, and a safe box inside the room. In general the service was very good.

Convenient, handy location close enough to Edinburgh for a family Funeral, restaurants, shops and of course the royal yacht Britannia and Leith waterfront, a short walk. Beautiful views of the sea and boating dock from brand-new...

The location is beautiful and incredible, very close to Gyle Shopping Centre, Edinburgh, and the Ocean Terminal. The staff are knowledgeable and competent.- I stayed in the twin room with a double bed.

I found the hotel to be in an ideal situation for exploring Edinburgh, due to the excellent bus service from the nearby Ocean Terminal. There was ample parking within the hotel grounds. I had previously used Holiday Inn Express in other locations, so I knew what standard to expect. Many thanks.
